We are not just a reseller or distributor, and therefore not subject to manufacturing issues created by third parties that can cut-off supply at any time.  Our integrated design and manufacturing allows us to control both the quality and delivery of new units and parts.

Detailed records and on-demand manufacturing

We pride ourselves on keeping a detailed database of all parts in all Lone Star ALS units sold around the world, as well as a complete inventory of all parts in our various locations. Advantageously, if a part is out of stock, we are able to manufacture it on demand in the United States rather than waiting for weeks — or even months — for it to arrive from overseas.
